Chapter 126: Cute Loli Wants a Lewd Pic?
Technically speaking, Lin Muqing didn’t really have weekends off because she worked part-time at the cafe to make money. But ever since her good buddy became the manager and she became his “secretary,” her summer vacation life had totally changed.
Thinking about it carefully, there were four weekends in September when school started again. And it seemed like every single one of them had something going on… and every time it had to do with her good buddy.
Last weekend was the anime convention, this weekend was shopping, gift-giving, and a health check-up. Next weekend she’d be helping as a fitting model, and the weekend after that, she’d be going back to his hometown with him.

Now that she thought about it, her life was actually pretty full. Besides school, she had all these other things to do.
“What?”
While she was thinking, Lin Muqing suddenly felt someone tap her hand lightly. She turned her head and saw that it was her good buddy.
“Don’t chew on your chopsticks. Eat more of this.”
He looked a little unhappy, probably because he saw her spacing out while biting on her chopsticks. So he gently tapped her hand with the end of his own chopsticks to remind her. Then, without saying much, he picked up some food with his chopsticks and placed it into her bowl.

Lin Muqing looked at the food in her bowl. Not wanting to waste it, she said that and finished it all.
The food tasted really good, just regular homemade dishes, but she was already too full to eat another bowl of rice. She thought, "Just this much is enough."

“Oh right, boss, there’s still a lot left. Let’s get it to-go!”
There were three dishes and one soup on the table, but Lin Muqing’s eating power wasn’t great.
Even after trying her best, there was still quite a bit of food left. She did a quick mental calculation. If they packed the food up, they wouldn’t even need to make dinner tonight.

Ye Ziming looked at Lin Muqing’s smiling face and nodded in agreement. He also put down his chopsticks.
Now it was his turn to think about things. He remembered what the doctor at the hospital said earlier that Lin Muqing was slightly undernourished and too skinny.

She nodded, thinking, ‘Isn’t that just my desk? And that figure, it was the gift her buddy gave her at the anime convention.’

He reached out, wrapped his arm around her shoulder, pulled her back toward him, and leaned in to whisper in her ear.
