Chapter 89: I Don’t Want to Go Shopping with a Boy
“What’s wrong?”
Walking beside her best buddy, Lin Muqing suddenly felt a little nervous, because she noticed that her buddy didn’t look very happy.

That smile seemed to say, ‘I’ll give you until after lunch to think it over. After we eat, I want your answer.’

As usual, Uncle Liu had already finished cooking lunch and was sitting on the couch watching TV.
When he saw them come in, he got up and went to the kitchen to bring out the food, dish by dish.

She didn’t need to say much. Just her leaving posture said it all. She believed her buddy would understand what she meant.

To him, this was something Lin Muqing had offered to do. It had nothing to do with him. So he felt no guilt at all.
Then they sat down to eat lunch together. Three dishes and a soup, very rich and tasty.

Her good buddy had helped her so much. No matter what, she felt she had to do something to show her thanks. Otherwise, even she would feel bad about it.

It was still really hot in the afternoons during September. Going out at that time would be like frying pork fat, absolutely unbearable.
So, they should watch a movie first, then go to the amusement park later when it’s cooler.
Also, there was a newly built Ferris wheel at the amusement park. It had been made as a city landmark, and from the top, you could see almost all of Chengnan City.
That was a must-do!
“This time slot is perfect for a movie first.”
After editing a few things on Lin Muqing’s phone, Ye Ziming handed it back and explained his plan.
“Ohhh, so we’ll buy tickets for a movie in the afternoon then.”
Lin Muqing looked at the updated schedule and was really impressed. It was super well-done. She thought to herself, He’s amazing as always.
Feeling a little surprised, she opened the ticket app and started booking movie tickets for the weekend.
