Chapter 187: That Love Rival’s Overbearing Behavior, So Annoying!
Lin Yibai had another nightmare.
At first, she dreamed that she was trying to win over a girl, but no matter how hard she tried, the girl just wouldn’t say yes.

Not even one piece of clothing from another girl?

Xia Changyu had only meant to take a quick look, but the moment he walked in, he saw the girl with half her body inside the closet.
All that was left was her lower half, looking both cute and tempting.
Xia Changyu quickly shook his head and scolded himself inside, “What kind of person am I? She’s still sick, and I’m thinking about that? I’m terrible.’
He took a deep breath and calmed down. Then he asked, “Baiyi, what are you doing?”
“Huh?”
Lin Yibai turned around when she heard the voice and saw her love rival standing in the doorway.
She quickly tugged at her sweat-soaked shirt and said, “Look at this, look! I sweated a lot while sleeping, and now my clothes are all damp. It feels so uncomfortable to wear.”
Xia Changyu slapped his forehead. He couldn’t believe he forgot something so important.
But the problem was there really were no women’s clothes in the house.
Going outside to buy them didn’t seem like a good idea either, considering Lin Yibai’s weak condition.
So, he took out his phone to place an order.
But Lin Yibai stopped him.
Xia Changyu quickly explained, “Same-city delivery is fast! They’ll bring it in an hour or two.”

Come on, think for a moment, use your smart brain and find a solution that works for both sides.
Not every problem has to be solved with money!
Lin Yibai pointed to the wardrobe and said, “I’m just saying, do you have any of those thin clothes that are good for summer? Most of the stuff in the closet is for fall and winter, and it has this kind of musty smell.”
Then, she pointed toward the balcony.
Maybe she moved her arm too much, or maybe her body was just too weak. But her vision suddenly went dark, and a wave of dizziness hit her.
Xia Changyu was shocked. He quickly picked her up and carefully put her back on the bed. He let out a long sigh of relief and said firmly that she was not allowed to move around anymore.
Lin Yibai asked, “But what about clothes?”
Xia Changyu comforted her and replied, half-annoyed, “Don’t say anything for now! I’ll go find something for you to wear right away.”
If only she had said this earlier, then Xia Changyu would’ve understood right away!
Those few summer clothes he often wears were hanging outside on the balcony to dry! He quickly went and brought a few pieces in.

Lin Yibai chuckled softly and said, “Did you forget to add the seasoning? What a dummy! Next time, I’ll cook for you. If we get the chance, how about you try my salty or not?”
You’re seriously ill… and still playing with fire?
Xia Changyu pushed away his wild thoughts and replied, “Let’s wait until you’re healthy first. I need to get back to the kitchen.”
Lin Yibai tried to sit up and said, “I’ll help you.”
Xia Changyu immediately pushed her back down on the bed and firmly said, “Stop. I told you to rest, so just rest properly, okay? Is that so hard?”
Lin Yibai couldn’t help but laugh and said, “Are you showing me your ‘overbearing CEO’ side now?”
Xia Changyu replied, “If you keep acting like this, I will show you what an overbearing CEO looks like. Any complaints?”

Xia Changyu added seriously, “Also, don’t ever hide something like being seriously ill from me again.”
