Chapter 28: Confession
For the National Day holiday, An Han already had plans.
He wasn’t going out to work part-time, nor was he going anywhere to have fun. He planned to stay quietly in the dorm for the whole seven days.
Actually, his personality wasn’t the type that liked staying indoors for long. A few days at home could be relaxing, but if he stayed too long, he would start feeling anxious.
But the problem was… he really didn’t dare to go anywhere.
What if he triggered another mission?
If he chose easy ones, his stats would keep increasing, and his appearance and body would become even more feminine.

At eight in the morning, An Han woke up on time as usual, just like during school days.
The dorm building was no longer noisy like before. The only sounds he could hear were the faint chirping of birds outside the window.
Stretching lazily, he twisted a bit under the blanket before slowly sitting up.
He got out of bed but was too lazy to wash up. Sitting in front of his computer, he rested his chin on one hand and clicked through random web pages aimlessly.
Every time he just woke up, his mind always felt foggy.
After spacing out for a while, he finally remembered what he had to do.
He had added Long Xing on WeChat the night before. Nervously, he opened the app, but Long Xing hadn’t sent him any messages.
That made him feel a little relieved, though he was still troubled. He didn’t know what to say.
Should he just be honest and confess? After all, Brother Long had added him using his phone number, so he must have already guessed the truth.
But saying “the girl you like is actually me” to a dorm mate… that was way too embarrassing.

An Han nervously patted his chest, but his hand landed on something soft instead.

Determined, he immediately stood up and packed all the women’s clothes together, mixing them with the trash.
The dorm’s trash bin was at the corner at the end of the hallway. After going out for less than two minutes, An Han rushed back inside.
He just hoped the cleaning lady wouldn’t notice women’s clothes being thrown away in the boys’ dorm.
Even if no one would know they were his, the thought of it was still incredibly embarrassing.
Muttering to himself, he sat back down at his desk, held his phone, and after thinking for a while, finally sent Long Xing a short message.
“Are you there?”
Even though he hated it when others sent him messages like that, in his nervous state, he couldn’t think of any better greeting.
But to his surprise, Long Xing replied almost instantly.
“Xiao Han?”
Oh no, he’s found out!
Even though An Han was alone in the dorm, his face instantly turned red the moment his identity was revealed.

“It really is you?”
Even though Long Xing didn’t add any emoji, An Han could still imagine the heartbroken look on his face.
This was Long Xing’s first love, after all.
The shame and guilt made it impossible for An Han to think straight. Covering his face with one hand, he thought despairingly that after this National Day break, he wouldn’t be able to face anyone ever again.
If Long Xing already knew, then didn’t that mean Chen Junjie probably knew too?

“Does Junjie know?”
“No.”
An Han let out a small sigh of relief. “How did you find out then…?”
After a short pause, Long Xing replied helplessly, “You never drank milk before.”

“So I just tried adding your phone number out of curiosity… and it matched.”
“I even tried your QQ number, and it matched too.”
If only he had made a new account!
An Han regretted his past actions deeply.

People say that when calm guys lose their temper, it’s the worst, and Long Xing was one of those calm, strong guys.
“No.”
“I’m really sorry!” An Han quickly apologized. “When you come back after the break, I’ll treat you to a nice meal.”
“No need. Let’s just forget about it.”
Only then did An Han finally relax. He muttered to himself, “As expected, Brother Long is the most forgiving~”
He had once worried that Long Xing would beat him up after finding out the truth. But clearly, he had underestimated his friend’s patience.
“At least that’s finally over.”

An Han covered his face in despair. Long Xing had already gone home, and his attitude toward him was unclear, confessing to him while crossdressing sounded way too dangerous.
But… the other two missions were also way too much!
