Chapter 7: Secret Photo!

What kind of system tells a man to seduce another man?!

What kind of dirty novel did you come from?!

An Han’s face turned red and pale by turns, his eyes nervously shifting between the other two options. But in the end, they stopped on the mission reward.

Lottery numbers…

He thought about those news stories of people winning tens of millions…

“You look upset even though I said I wouldn’t tell anyone?” Su Peng asked with a teasing smile. “What, do you actually want me to spread it around and make you famous?”

“N-no, of course not.”

An Han shook his head hard, but his eyes were still glued to the floating system screen, torn between choices.

Seduce a man, and never worry about money again.

“What are you looking at?” Su Peng frowned. He could clearly tell that An Han’s gaze wasn’t on him, but on empty air.

“Nothing. There’s… a cockroach behind you.”

Su Peng immediately froze, then jumped in place and spun around fast, leaping behind An Han and scanning the floor with full alertness.

“You scared it away,” An Han said casually while desperately watching the countdown tick toward zero.

He couldn’t hesitate anymore!

Winning the lottery, most people never get that chance in a lifetime! Compared to that, what’s a little “seduction of a man”?

But this kind of thing was totally outside of An Han’s experience. He really didn’t know how one man was supposed to seduce another.

Wear women’s clothes again? But in dramas, those “seduction scenes” were always intense… and the women were all stunningly beautiful.

Thinking about it that way, this mission was basically impossible!

Option three it is.

At the very last second, An Han made his choice in his heart.

[Option 3 selected. Please complete the task soon.]

Suddenly, he felt like his soul had left his body, as if tens of millions of yuan had just slipped through his fingers.

Meanwhile, Su Peng had picked up a slipper and was carefully looking around for the cockroach, completely unaware that he’d almost been the target of something much stranger.

“You’re that scared of cockroaches?”

He looked up to see An Han lowering his eyes, looking gloomy.

“When I was a kid, one crawled into my mouth while I was sleeping,” Su Peng replied, straightening up. “Why do you ask?”

“Nothing. Just… don’t ever bring up the women’s clothes again. And don’t tell anyone about it.”

“I know, I’m not like Dongming,” Su Peng said simply.

[Mission complete.]

[Reward: +1 Charm attribute.]

It was such an easy task, almost unbelievably simple compared to the previous ones.

But the reward left An Han a bit confused.

Charm? Did that mean he’d have an easier time getting a girlfriend now?

He wanted to feel happy, but… what was one tiny charm point worth?

He could’ve had millions instead.

That thought made him feel even more depressed.

He let out a sigh and sat on the edge of the sink, looking totally defeated.

My tens of millions... gone...

Su Peng nervously searched the balcony for cockroaches but found nothing. Only then did he return to his usual self.

He turned to look at An Han, and for some reason, suddenly felt that An Han had a strange charm all over him, something that drew him in without realizing it.

Even though An Han’s looks hadn’t changed at all, in Su Peng’s eyes, it was like there was a beauty filter on him, making him look oddly attractive and likable.

Don’t tell me watching An Han in women’s clothes last night messed up my mind...

“Why are you staring at me like that?” An Han noticed his gaze and glared at him.

Su Peng thought even the way An Han glared looked charming.

“Nothing, maybe something’s wrong with my head.”

“What?”

Su Peng shook his head hard, turned, and said as he walked away, “I’m going back first. Remember to team up with me for the game later.”

He thought he should probably look at some pictures of beautiful women to clear his mind.

An Han felt Su Peng was acting strange all of a sudden, but he didn’t think too much about it. After washing up on the balcony, he returned to the dorm, ready to finish what he hadn’t done earlier.

—Get rid of the women’s clothes!

But just as he opened the closet, music started playing from Long Xing’s bed. He turned around helplessly and saw that Long Xing was already awake, sitting up and watching videos.

He didn’t know if Long Xing had overheard his earlier conversation with Su Peng on the balcony.

Feeling a bit nervous, An Han decided not to act suspiciously. He gave up on his plan for now and casually took a pair of socks from the closet.

Sitting at his desk, he opened his laptop, rested his chin on one hand, and stared blankly at the screen, still thinking about the lottery ticket he missed.

He might never get another mission with such a big reward again.

“Bang!”

The door suddenly burst open, making An Han jump in fright. He turned his head quickly.

A guy in a basketball jersey walked in, bouncing a basketball lazily as he came inside.

The sound of the ball hitting the floor echoed through the whole room. Already in a bad mood, An Han slammed the table and shouted, “Chen Junjie! Are you f***ing crazy?!”

Chen Junjie glanced at him with a bored look, tossed the basketball into the corner, and said, “Fine, I’ll be more careful next time.”

He said it casually and walked straight to the balcony.

“An Han, why didn’t he argue with you today?” Long Xing asked curiously from his bed.

“How would I know what’s going on with him?”

An Han felt powerless, like punching cotton, and muttered in disbelief, “With his temper, he’d normally argue with me right away.”

Chen Junjie was Long Xing’s lower bunkmate. Back when school first started, he and An Han even fought over who got the top bunk.

Since then, the two had become sworn enemies, they couldn’t go a day without arguing.

“Maybe he’s in a good mood after meeting a girl,” An Han guessed sarcastically. “Or maybe someone just beat him up, so he’s being quiet now.”

“An Han.”

“What?”

He turned to look at Long Xing and noticed his roommate giving him a strange look.

Don’t tell me he found out that the girl he met last night... was actually me?

An Han immediately became alert and tested him: “What’s with that look?”

“Nothing,” Long Xing said quickly, looking a little nervous. “You really don’t have any relatives studying at this school?”

“I told you last night, I don’t have.”

“Then how come she looks so much like you?” Long Xing mumbled, turning his phone toward An Han. “Look at this photo again. Maybe it’s some distant relative or something?”

“Photo?!”

An Han jumped up in shock, rushing to Long Xing’s bed and craning his neck to see the phone.

It was a photo of his back, taken as he elegantly left after climbing over the wall last night.

Good thing it’s just my back...

“Why are you so nervous?”

“I just wanted to see how pretty that girl you fell for at first sight really is,” An Han said with a smirk. “Can’t even see her face in that photo.”

“There’s also one where I secretly took her face.”

“???”

You sneaky bastard, Long Xing, you secretly took photos?!

An Han’s whole body stiffened. He stared at Long Xing with wide eyes. “Let me see it!”
