[Vol. 8] Chapter 66: Accepting the Cause, Giving the Result
It’s not really that the projection was holding the [Anchor of Time]. Instead, it was because this piece of the original divine artifact helped the projection stay stable inside the Time-Space Rift. Now that the artifact piece has fallen into Violet’s hands, the divine power left behind here no longer has a support and naturally can’t last long.
Because of this, Hen quickly decided to use her last strength to create the [Blade of Hollow Mark] and show the priestess how to cut through space to leave. Although the [Law Artifact] projection didn’t even have one-tenth of its real power, the wild time flow caused by the violent disturbance was very real.

So she decided she needed to find out what it really was and where all this strange faith was coming from.
Because of this, she became very interested in how faith magic works. After finishing the events in the Ten Thousand Demons Mountains, she took her friends and went to the home of the world’s largest religion in the Holy Empire, the Goddess Church.
Her main goal was to explore what faith really is, and why she had so much faith flowing to her.
Following the clues step by step, Violet finally found out that the pieces of faith power she kept feeling were most likely coming from a group called the [Light Worshipper Church]. This group probably formed because of some of her very noticeable actions before, and they started worshiping a figure called the “Goddess of Radiance”.
This group was a big headache for Violet, but since their faith came from pure kindness and gratitude, the priestess couldn’t just shout, “Stop praying to me! I’m not as all-powerful as you think!” That would be a very foolish thing to do, and it would also make her a target for criticism.
So, until now, her attitude toward the [Light Worshipper Church] was to avoid them as much as possible. She tried not to get involved with them unless absolutely necessary. If they wanted to give her faith, she quietly accepted it. It was best not to believe in it, and she followed a simple rule, “If I can’t see it or hear it clearly, I’ll just pretend I don’t know. Believe it or not, it’s your choice!”
But… simply avoiding them was not a real solution. For some unknown reason, ever since she returned from the Ancient Spirit Realm to the Origin Realm, the faith power that had been weak and broken before, suddenly increased many times, more than tens of times stronger!
