Chapter 136: A Late-Night Encounter
Starting a few days ago, Long Xing began to notice that An Han was becoming more and more feminine.
Her looks and personality hadn’t really changed, but her charm and the way she attracted him grew stronger in a way he couldn’t describe.
If he didn’t already know An Han, and they just met on the street, he was sure he’d be shocked by her beauty, just like the first few times he saw her wearing women’s clothes. It would definitely be love at first sight.
Late at night, he lay in bed, tossing and turning, unable to fall asleep. All he could think about was An Han. Her face, her scent, her bright smile.
“An Han is a guy! A guy…”
He tried hard to remind himself, but his lower stomach still felt warm as her image kept replaying in his mind.
“Damn it!”
Long Xing took a deep breath, wanting to get up and wash his face. After all, it was way too wrong to imagine his roommate like that. If An Han ever found out, they probably couldn’t even stay friends anymore.
But just as he was about to get up, he heard a faint sound. Opening his eyes, he saw a small figure quietly getting out of bed.
“An Han?”
In the dim light, the faint silhouette landed softly on the floor. Barefoot, moving without a sound, carefully heading toward the balcony.
At first, Long Xing thought An Han was just getting up to use the bathroom, but her sneaky movements looked more like someone doing something guilty.
When she went out toward the balcony, he sat up, staring curiously in that direction.
“What is that guy doing?”
Soon after, he heard the bathroom door close and lock.
Driven by curiosity toward the person he liked, Long Xing quietly got out of bed too.
“If only An Han were a girl…”
He sighed softly to himself, thinking of the pink thermos An Han once gave him.
“Maybe she likes me too? But because of gender, she can’t say it, so she hides her feelings and acts like she doesn’t care.”
He couldn’t stop imagining that possibility, even though he knew it was impossible.
Honestly, he didn’t think his looks matched his secretly shy nature, but a small and delicate person like An Han might be into his strong build. After all, An Han had shown envy toward him more than once.
His thoughts started to get more and more inappropriate. Long Xing quickly shook off those ideas and went to the balcony.
Inside the bathroom, there were faint rustling sounds. The light was on, and through the frosted glass on the door, he could see a vague outline of An Han’s slim and graceful figure.
Long Xing didn’t dare look for long and instinctively turned his eyes away toward the balcony. But then he remembered, the balcony light wasn’t on. That meant An Han couldn’t see him through the frosted glass anyway.
That thought flashed through his mind, and his eyes turned back to the door.
Even though the shape was blurry, he could still see a small, round chest…
“An Han’s chest… is getting bigger?”
Long Xing scratched his head, completely confused. How could a guy have that?
As a virgin, he couldn’t guess the size, but he lowered his hand and roughly measured, maybe something that could fit in one hand?
He quickly shook his head again.
“An Han is a guy! A guy!”
But since it was the person he liked, even a slightly dirty thought made him feel a strong sense of guilt.
Inside the bathroom, An Han didn’t notice anyone outside. She took off all her clothes and stood under the light, looking at her chest and couldn’t help but let out a small sigh.
It had gotten at least one size bigger!
And it even hurt a little, which meant it would probably keep growing for the next two days.
She tore off the used sanitary pad from her underwear and stuck on a new one. She had gone to bed a bit too early tonight and forgot to change it before sleeping. Luckily, the flow wasn’t heavy, and she didn’t move much in her sleep.
If it had leaked onto the blanket…
An Han sighed helplessly and checked other parts of her body.
Her waist looked thinner, her figure more delicate, but not like those skinny girls whose ribs showed too clearly. Even though she was slim, she still had some curves where they should be. Her lower belly, however, was still soft and showed no sign of abs.
“It’d be great if I had some muscles.”
“The kind that could punch Su Peng to death in one hit.”
She muttered through clenched teeth, put her clothes back on, and opened the bathroom door, ready to return to bed.
Then she froze. Right outside the door stood Long Xing, caught just as he was about to sneak away. His face turned pale, then green, then completely red.
“Uh… I was just going to the bathroom,” Long Xing said awkwardly, scratching his head. His eyes, however, couldn’t help but fall on her chest, which looked noticeably larger.
Without her jacket covering it, that proud, full curve was especially eye-catching. But he quickly forced himself to look at her face instead, giving an embarrassed smile. “Yeah, I just need to use the bathroom.”
He must have heard her talking to herself just now! Thank goodness she hadn’t said anything important.
Having gone through a few situations like this before, An Han stayed calm. She turned around and slammed the bathroom door shut with a bang.
“Wait a bit, I still have something to do.”
“But I really need to go…”
“Then go there.” She pointed at the next balcony. Though her cheeks were red from embarrassment, her tone was cold. “Climb over the railing to the next room. Or use the front door, they probably didn’t lock it.”
The frosted bathroom glass might show a vague human shape, but it shouldn’t reveal too much detail. An Han thought carefully.
The only problem was… she needed to throw away the used pad right now. If he saw it, the situation would be a total disaster!
Just imagining Su Peng and Long Xing arguing about it made her shiver.
She didn’t dare leave Long Xing waiting on the balcony, so she grabbed his arm, which was as thick as her thigh, and said, “Go inside first.”
“Huh?”
Long Xing could tell she was trying to hide something.
“Don’t ‘huh’ me. Come on, go use the bathroom next door.”
“Uh… okay…” Long Xing stumbled after her into the room.
Only then did An Han finally let out a small sigh of relief.
She patted her chest, only to feel the soft, bouncy curve under her palm. Her face darkened immediately.
She pulled a garbage bag from the drawer and rushed back into the bathroom. After wrapping the pad up, she calmly and expressionlessly walked out of the room and headed straight toward the door.
“What are you throwing away so fast?” Long Xing asked curiously, following behind her.
“Didn’t you say you needed to pee? Go, now!”
“Oh— right!” Long Xing quickly dashed into the bathroom.
“What an idiot,” An Han muttered under her breath.
Looking down, she noticed her palms were covered in sweat, and her back felt cold.
She hurried toward the trash can in the hallway, fully aware that her actions looked suspicious.
She needed to come up with a believable excuse…
Maybe I should just say I was doing something… unspeakable in there?
That’s why I panicked and didn’t want him to come in right away?
That’s believable enough. After all, for a guy, doing something like that isn’t unusual, right?
