Chapter 288: Registration Day
The day before school starts.
Compared to yesterday’s quiet atmosphere, today the school gates were filled with huge crowds. Many students returned to campus with their luggage, and with the weight they gained during the winter break.
Even though An Han no longer lived in the school dorms, she still held her little sister’s hand at noon, mixed into the crowd, walked through the gate, and strolled around the campus.
Another month had passed. Although the system did not improve her appearance and only increased her body-shape stats, the changes in her figure plus her growing skill in dressing up made her, even in girl’s clothes, not too worried about being recognized by classmates who were not very close to her.
The only ones who could recognize her were probably the few who had a close relationship with her and saw her often.

Her little sister, who was usually shy with strangers, hid behind An Han’s butt, grabbing her clothes, only peeking out with her head.
She hesitated and asked softly, “Sister… is this another one of your boyfriends?”
Those words instantly drew both An Han’s and Chen Junjie’s eyes to her small face.
An Han glared at her angrily, making the girl shrink back behind her again.
Then Chen Junjie and An Han looked up at the same time. Their eyes met for a second, and they both saw the same challenge in each other’s gaze.
“Heh! Even if I went blind, I still wouldn’t be interested in you!”
“I feel sick just looking at you!”
“What the hell!”
After firing their insults at each other, Chen Junjie lost interest first. He stepped past An Han and walked out, but An Han was still angry, walking toward the stairs so fast it looked like she brought wind with her.
Thankfully, the way she got along with Chen Junjie was still the same as always.
If they didn’t argue when they met, something would feel wrong.
An Han grabbed her sister’s hand and threatened fiercely, “If you talk nonsense again, I’ll buy you extra practice books!”
“Mm~” Her sister nodded obediently like a good kid.
An Han sighed hopelessly. Her parents had come to her rented room early in the morning, dropped off her sister, and then immediately went to enjoy their couple time. They were probably out on a date already.
She should’ve never agreed to take her sister along.
Knowing the way by heart, she arrived at the dorm room she had lived in for almost three years. She pushed the door open, looked around, and saw that Long Xing was still sleeping in his bed.

She stood on tiptoe and patted his pillow. “Wake up! I need something from you.”
Maybe he had been half-awake already, because the next moment Long Xing opened his eyes. He sat up, yawning and scratching his head. “What’s wrong?”
