Xia Ling really didn’t lie to Mu Le. After dinner, there was indeed no guest room prepared for her.

“I’ll go run some hot water for your bath. It’ll be ready soon. So don’t start playing games.”
Mu Le waved her hand without turning back. Her eyes were shining as she stared at the computer screen starting up.
Just like how she had her own “collection” on her computer, she assumed Xiao Yuze probably had one too.

Outside the bathroom was a small area with a clothes rack, separated by a glass door.

Xiao Yuze walked in holding her bag of clothes and said while opening the door,

When she finished changing and opened the door, Xiao Yuze was no longer there, which made her quietly sigh in relief.

“Come here.”

“To help you dry your hair. What, did you think I was going to eat you?”
Seeing the hair dryer in his hand, Mu Le hesitated for a moment, but finally walked over.

He stepped forward, and when she instinctively stepped back, he held her by the waist and leaned close to her ear.
