Chapter 100: I Just Want To
Seeing Bai Shuchuan looking a bit lost, Su Moyu’s smile became even brighter.
Sometimes in the past, she had imagined what Bai Shuchuan would be like if he really got into a relationship…
It wasn’t that she had any strange preferences, she was just curious.
Curious about what another side of him would look like.
And now, she could actually see it with her own eyes…
Her head felt a little dizzy. Feeling the warmth from his hand, that gentle and comforting touch made her feel like she was dreaming.
After all, when something is too beautiful, it starts to feel unreal.
In this kind of thing, she tended to overthink and worry about losing it…
The train stopped at the platform. Bai Shuchuan pulled her onto the subway. She leaned in the corner between the door and the seat, while he stood in front of her, one hand holding the rail.
It looked like he was pinning her against the wall.
Su Moyu suddenly thought of those cliché romance dramas she had watched before…
She wasn’t drunk, but the heat from the alcohol kept rising, making her feel restless inside.
She looked up at his face. He was looking down at his phone. She could even smell his faint scent.
Bai Shuchuan noticed her gaze and looked up. Their eyes met. Su Moyu blinked, her beautiful eyes shining.
Her gaze was direct, she stared straight at his lips.
She showed a vague, teasing smile.
She gently brushed her hair aside and held her hands in front of her chest. Her cheeks were still slightly red. Lowering her eyes, Bai Shuchuan could clearly see her long eyelashes from that angle, curved in a delicate arc.
From this angle, Su Moyu looked very small and delicate.
Of course, he had already felt that before…
When she clung to him, he realized how slim and soft a girl’s body could be.
She attracted him all the time.
Every small movement of hers caught his attention. He could smell the light scent from her—like shampoo mixed with a soft natural fragrance.
That was also what troubled him…
In this half-drunk state, her charm was even stronger.
The subway was noisy, but he could still hear her soft breathing near his ear, making his thoughts even more restless.
While he was distracted, Su Moyu looked up at the display above the door.
“One more stop.”
“Mm.” Bai Shuchuan swallowed and followed her gaze.
After getting off the subway, Su Moyu quickly pulled him out of the station.
Bai Shuchuan frowned, confused as he watched her walk quickly ahead, dragging him along.
Her fast steps turned into a light run, then she stopped in front of the escalator.
“What’s wrong?”
She didn’t answer.
Seeing her lively steps, Bai Shuchuan suddenly remembered a day after school, when she had saved enough money to buy a manga and pulled him to a small shop right after class.
Her steps now were a bit unsteady, and he was honestly worried she might suddenly fall.
Su Moyu pulled Bai Shuchuan into the entrance of the residential area. Holding his hand, she suddenly turned into a dark corner covered in shadows.
She finally stopped, breathing a little heavily.
She turned around and stood on her tiptoes. In the dim light, she could barely see his face.
But she still leaned forward and kissed his lips by instinct. His lips felt soft and warm. She felt his arms wrap around her waist, and her body pressed against him, surrounded by a steady, comforting warmth.
He felt her lean fully into him, her soft body close to his, making his thoughts grow restless.
They kissed in the darkness. A light breeze passed by, bringing a bit of chill. Her hair brushed against his face, leaving a faint tickling feeling.
After a moment, she pulled away. Bai Shuchuan looked at her, and she pouted slightly before grabbing his hand again.
“Let’s go home quickly,” she mumbled softly.
He chuckled quietly, as if he understood what she was thinking.
Her cheeks turned red at once. When they walked under a streetlight, she turned back to look at him. Her soft lips shone under the light like candy.
“Don’t laugh.”
He held back his smile, finding her especially cute like this.
“Let’s go home,” he said. “It’s cold outside.”
Only then did she turn around and keep walking.
When they got home, she quickly changed her shoes and went straight to the bedroom. The room was warm. Bai Shuchuan turned on the light and only saw her disappearing figure.
He followed her in and saw her lying on the bed, face up, her hair spread out like a small flower.
“Are you drunk?”
“I don’t know,” she replied softly.
From her tone, he knew she wasn’t drunk. If she really were, she would already be making trouble.
She sat up cross-legged and brushed her hair back, looking at him. Neither of them spoke, and the room felt quiet and calm.
She frowned. “Bai Shuchuan, you’re really strange.”
She complained a little, crossing her arms. Her cheeks were still red.
“What’s strange?” he asked, confused.
She hesitated, then looked away.
“Your girlfriend looks this good and has such a nice figure, and you… don’t have any thoughts at all?” she said, trying to sound serious, but her voice was already soft and sweet.
He smiled lightly, walked over, and pulled her into his arms.
“How could that be?” he said.
“I can’t feel it at all,” she continued, looking back at him. “Are you not feeling well lately or something? Seriously… mm!”
He cut her off with a kiss. She took a small breath, and when he became more direct, she suddenly didn’t know what to say.
“But your period just ended today…” he asked carefully. “Right?”
Her face turned red immediately.
Her small hand grabbed onto his clothes.
“I still want to.”
He lowered his head and kissed her again, their lips meeting as their bodies moved closer together…
