Su Moyu lay on the bed with a lifeless expression, feeling waves of pain coming from her lower abdomen. Her face had already turned pale.

He quickly walked back to the apartment, rushed home, and pushed open the bedroom door. He saw Su Moyu sitting on the bed with a lifeless face, one hand gently rubbing her chest.
When Su Moyu looked up and saw him, her hand paused for a moment. Bai Shuchuan met her gaze, looking a bit unsure.
Su Moyu frowned, looking pitiful.
“It really hurts…”
Bai Shuchuan swallowed and lowered his eyes slightly. He placed the breakfast on the bedside table next to her.
“Is it because I was too rough?” he asked in a low voice.
Su Moyu looked at him in confusion. Seeing that he looked like he was blaming himself, she suddenly laughed and pulled her hand back.
“It’s just a side effect of the medicine,” she said, slowly sitting up. She took a brown sugar bun from the bag and took a bite. Bai Shuchuan opened the packed porridge for her carefully.
As soon as Su Moyu smelled the food, she became hungry.
“Brother Shuchuan,” she looked at him and called sweetly.
After getting used to it, calling him like that felt quite natural.

After hesitating for a moment, he leaned down and kissed her forehead. Su Moyu, who was focused on eating, froze for a second.
“I’m leaving. If anything happens, message me,” he said.
Su Moyu nodded, feeling warm inside.
Just as Bai Shuchuan was about to leave the bedroom, Su Moyu called out to him.
“Thank you, husband, for bringing me breakfast.”
Her voice was sweet, and it made Bai Shuchuan feel a bit flustered. He didn’t know how to respond, so he just stood there and nodded.
But when he turned and walked out of the room, a faint smile suddenly appeared on his face.
