Chapter 81: Are You Acting All High and Mighty with Me?
Su Moyu lay on the bed and watched some cooking tutorial videos for a while. It all looked pretty simple.
But she felt like she had no strength at all and just wanted to lie in bed and do nothing.
Honestly, not having to go to class felt great.
“Bai Shuchuan, do you like eating noodles?” she sent him a message.
“They’re okay,” Bai Shuchuan replied. “I’m not picky. As long as it’s food, it’s fine.”
Su Moyu knew he would answer like that.
“Then would you be willing to eat noodles that I cook?” she typed. As she wrote it, she suddenly thought of an old silly joke.
Something like… “eat my…” kind of joke.
She actually wanted to tease him with that kind of low joke.

“Can it be eaten?” Bai Shuchuan replied weakly.
When Su Moyu saw that, she immediately got annoyed.
“Why can’t it be eaten?!” she sent an angry, pouting emoji. “Is my cooking really that bad?!”
“No, no.”
Thinking that she wasn’t feeling well, Bai Shuchuan immediately tried to be careful with his words.
“Even if it tastes bad, you still have to eat it,” Su Moyu typed. “You’re not allowed to dislike anything I make.”
A smile appeared on Bai Shuchuan’s face. In his mind, he could already imagine Su Moyu crossing her arms and turning her head away in a stubborn way.
Just as Bai Shuchuan was typing, the teacher on the podium noticed his smile.
“That guy over there, what are you smiling about?”
Hearing this, Bai Shuchuan quickly stopped smiling and looked up. The teacher was looking at him kindly.
“What’s making you so happy? Share it with everyone~”
The shiny-headed teacher walked over to him.
Bai Shuchuan stood up and politely replied, “Thinking that the next class is also with you makes me very happy.”
As soon as he said that, Qiu He and Li Bowen sitting next to him couldn’t hold back their laughter.

“If you don’t reply, you have to treat me to dinner tonight.”
She stared at the chat for a while, and finally he replied.
“I just got called on by the teacher to answer a question.”
Su Moyu showed a gloating smile.
“Doesn’t matter. You still have to treat me to dinner,” she replied.
“Okay. What do you want to eat tonight?” Bai Shuchuan didn’t refuse.
By now, he had already started to think of their expenses as shared.
After all, they were living together.
“Let’s go eat beef noodles,” Su Moyu replied. “I’ll just order delivery for lunch myself. I want roasted chicken.”
“Okay.”
She originally planned to go out and look for a job today, but she felt too uncomfortable.
A girl’s body really is too fragile.
Su Moyu turned over and saw that her dorm group chat was mentioning her.
“Susu, why didn’t you come to class today?” Zhou Ya asked in the group.
Su Moyu let out a soft sigh. “I got my period.”

“But Susu, it’s only the middle of the month. Doesn’t yours usually come at the end?”

Su Moyu suddenly felt uneasy, as if that woman knew too much.
After lying on the bed for a while, Su Moyu also looked up some basic information about birth control pills.
That’s right… maybe the bleeding now was because her period came early.
She swallowed nervously. Next month, she would have to be more careful and not remember the wrong date.

“What’s wrong?”
“I miss you.”
