“Alright, alright,” Bai Shuchuan replied again and again.

Since she had already said that, what could he argue about?

“You should also learn more little things, okay?” Su Moyu reminded him.

Bai Shuchuan nodded. Now Su Moyu really didn’t try to hide anything anymore.

But he wasn’t sure why he thought that, because before, when they talked about these kinds of topics, she didn’t seem shy about it either.

“I want to sleep,” Su Moyu said softly.

“Then I’ll turn off the TV.”

“Okay,” she replied, but she still lay on him without moving.

“Carry me over,” she said softly. “I really don’t want to move.”

Bai Shuchuan got up and carried her in his arms, then walked into the bedroom.

Honestly, being able to have someone rely on you like this felt pretty nice.

After putting her down, Su Moyu gently kissed his cheek.

“Brother Shuchuan~” she said in a cute, playful tone, making him get goosebumps again.

“Mm…” Bai Shuchuan answered hesitantly.

“Can you go wash the clothes?” she continued sweetly. “Brother Shuchuan is so capable, you must know how to do laundry, right~”

“Go ahead~” Su Moyu waved her hand and curled up under the blanket.

Actually, she wanted to wait for him to come back so they could sleep together, but her eyelids felt too heavy. As the bed slowly became warm, she fell asleep without even noticing.

After finishing the laundry, Bai Shuchuan came back to the bedside. Su Moyu was already fast asleep. He carefully climbed onto the bed and looked at her peaceful sleeping face, a soft smile appearing in his eyes.

He could hear her gentle breathing. A few strands of her hair fell across her forehead. He stared at her face for a while.

He thought to himself.

No matter how he looked at her, her face seemed perfect, whether he looked closely like this or just glanced at her during daily life, she was always that beautiful.

“Mmm…” she made a soft sound and suddenly opened her eyes, as if she knew he was looking at her.

Bai Shuchuan instinctively tried to sit up, but then he saw her open her arms toward him.

His heart was suddenly touched, and a warm feeling spread through him. The quiet night felt gentle and calm.

He lay down and was pulled into her embrace.

“Good night…” Su Moyu mumbled sleepily.

“The light is still on,” Bai Shuchuan reminded her.

“Hmph…” she sounded a little unhappy, but still let go of him.

Bai Shuchuan reached out and turned off the light. The room went dark. He wrapped his arm around her soft waist as she moved into his arms. She rubbed her face against his cheek like a little cat, then peacefully fell asleep.

“Where’s my good night…?”

After a while, he heard her soft mumbling.

“Good night,” Bai Shuchuan replied, gently rubbing her head as if to make up for it.

Only then did she fall asleep, satisfied.

He couldn’t help thinking to himself, how did Su Moyu become so… naturally good at acting like a girl?

That soft, slightly hoarse voice of hers hit his heart just right.

Su Moyu nodded, turned on her phone flashlight, and got out of his warm arms and the bed.

“You just sleep. I’ll wake you up when it’s ready,” she said, putting on a coat and walking out.

She had planned to quietly set an alarm, get up early, and use the shrimp from last night to make some porridge. Then Bai Shuchuan would wake up and be surprised to see breakfast already on the table.

But reality didn’t go as planned, she had slept too deeply.
