Volume 1 Chapter 88: I Want You More and More
Sasha was completely different from the timid and fearful Heidi. Her whole body gave off a feeling of madness and sharp aggression, as if she would charge forward without hesitation. Yet with her current movements, she also carried a strange and hard-to-describe charm.

Countless thorny whips shot out. The sharp barbs on them directly pierced through Sasha’s palm. Yet she seemed unable to feel pain at all. Instead, she suddenly flipped her hand around and tightly grabbed the thorn that had pierced through it.
“Oh my, does it really not hurt…?”
Kaguya placed a finger against her small chin, surprise flashing across her pretty face.
“Well, some problems can’t be solved with spirit alone, you know~”
After giving Sasha, who was rushing toward her while grabbing the thorny vines, a deep look, Kaguya smiled softly and waved her hand again. Towering black flames burst upward and directly rushed toward Sasha.
“Tch!”
Facing the strange flames that gave off a chilling feeling, Sasha clicked her tongue. Without hesitation, she released the black thorn she had been gripping, forcefully pulled her hand free from it, and tightly held her blood-covered blade with both hands before striking apart the rushing flames.
“Come on! Is this all a magical girl can do?”
Sasha clearly had no intention of stopping because of Kaguya’s strange and changing attacks. Instead, the pain from her wounded hand made the red light in her eyes shine even brighter, and the smile on her face became even wider.
Her body paused slightly in midair, and then her slender figure rushed toward Kaguya with a trail of afterimages behind her.
“Sigh, I already told you, naughty little girls never end well…”
Kaguya let out a soft sigh. There was not the slightest panic on her face. Instead, the silver chain wrapped around her wrist began to glow, and a dark black ray shot out from it toward the red-eyed girl before her.
It was clearly just an ordinary-looking beam of light, and Sasha herself was not even human, yet she still felt a piercing coldness from it…
It felt like a poisonous snake hiding in the grass. If she relaxed even a little, it would find a chance to strike and bring disaster in the end.
There was no time to think carefully. Sasha suddenly stopped herself in midair. Then she raised her long blade, and a pair of giant black bat wings appeared out of nowhere, crossing in front of her like a shield.

The black ray struck the shield formed by the wings. Her bat wings only held for a brief moment before shattering like broken glass. The huge impact threw Sasha backward, and she was just about to fall to the ground.

A beam of moonlight shone through a large hole in the ceiling, covering the originally dark hall with a thin silver glow. The intense battle from before almost felt like a dream.
Kaguya turned her head toward the other side of the hall and found that the black-haired girl carrying the long blade was also staring at her. Their eyes met, and it felt as if sparks flashed between them.
Sasha Theresa… this girl really was not just bragging. She truly had some impressive skill…
Kaguya lightly raised her eyebrow, yet the mysterious and delicate smile on her face still remained.
